We are all charged particles. Borrowing energy and jumping between excited states. Excited by our surroundings. Transformed by the tiniest of charges passing around us. The creative mind knows best how to open itself into a state of receiving. To be in a state that allows and evokes change. That excited state of a charged mind, tightly wound and ready to spring.
In that way, we are all engaged into a two step dance with every other particle in the universe. We become the swirling, dripping colorful pool of the universe, not separate from it. Accepting & exchanging. Reacting & transforming. Restoring & enriching. Borrowing & returning. And then ultimately, surrendering & giving back everything forever, to its source.
It becomes our great and fleeting privilege to pay attention to these charges in the living world. To quiet our minds through observation. To accept them dutifully. Enriching and returning these tiny charges better than how we found them. This is the providence of all conscious beings. This is our opportunity to create new states and imbue meaning to our constructed worlds. With every cursory conscious exchange, every tiny perceived moment, every newly charged thought. For in the particular contains the universal.
